Goodbye May and welcome the warm rays of June. The
breezes blowing off of the ocean carry the scent of the seas
and far away distant places beckon me to leave my home again,
soon... Here, although the days are warm and bright, the evening
is still bringing rain making everything fresh and new again.
Nothing smells as good as after a rainstorm...the drops washing
the trees and making everything glisten and even more green...and
the distant sound of thunder and the flashes of lightning brighten
everything up for just a moment as you hold your breath until
you are again surrounded by comforting darkness...natures light
show holds no comparison to anything we humans could possibly
create. And I love it that way....
On May 1st last month we had our annual Maypole
Party...and although it rained the whole day...Mother Nature
could not put a damper on the festivities...
Speaking of parties, for my birthday last month Ritchie suprised
me and took me to the Georgia
Renaissance Faire! We had such a wonderful time and met
so many new friends...Thank you all for welcoming us so warmly!

By now I'm sure you know that our DVD has been released. It's
called Castles
and Dreams and was released in Europe on May 31st, 2005.
The concert footage is very different to the one that you may
have seen included in the Beyond the Sunset Collection at Burg
Solingen. This new footage was filmed in Burg
Veldenstein. The total track listing for the DVD is here.
As you can see there is a lot on there! I urge you if you live
in the USA, Canada or Japan, please don't buy this as an import.
It will be released in your countries around September. The
dvds that are being released are only in PAL format and won't
play on the systems that the USA, Canada and Japan have...so
beware! I noticed that the sites selling it don't mention that
little, but important, point!
In other exciting news, I did promise you that I would be explaining
that photo from last month to you. There is a wonderful adventure
park opening up in Myrtle Beach, South Carlolina here in the
USA. At this magical place, magic wands are bestowed upon you
and you are able to choose your own journey through the land
fighting dragons, meeting faeries, helping unicorns, and running
amongst the trickster and shadow creatures. You renew your powers
at Stonehenge and choose your wand from the Magic Wand Tree.
I was honored when the creators of this magical land came to
me and asked me to be the Princess of Magiquest! So, in between
recording songs for our new album...I will be visiting Magiquest
during press week and also at their Grand Opening this month.
We have re-recorded new lyrics to fit their magical land and
its message to believe in magic, and most importantly: Believe
in your own magic and celebrate your individuality! Those who
visit the park will be able to purchase these songs. Click here

For now I am heading back into the studio... there is much work
to be done! Much pleasure to be had...May the warm winds blow
your way and the lightning light your path through the dark...Never
fear the thunder, allow it to empower you with its mighty roar...
